CHOCOLATE CRUNCHIES

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Break the chocolates into small pieces and stir with the butter and vanilla sugar in a bain-marie or basin over hot water on a low heat until the mixture is smooth. Allow to cool.
  • Add the coconut and cornflakes and stir well. Pour this mixture into paper cups or cupcake pans lined with nonstick baking paper.
  • Leave the crunchies to set and harden in the refrigerator, then store them in a cool place.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams milk chocolate
  • 100 grams plain chocolate 
  • 2 teaspoon butter 
  • 1 package vanilla sugar
  • 6 tablespoon grated coconut 
  • 6 tablespoon cornflakes

    what is vanilla sugar ????can it be substituted wit castor sugar or icing sugar
