- Break the chocolates into small pieces and stir with the butter and vanilla sugar in a bain-marie or basin over hot water on a low heat until the mixture is smooth. Allow to cool.
- Add the coconut and cornflakes and stir well. Pour this mixture into paper cups or cupcake pans lined with nonstick baking paper.
- Leave the crunchies to set and harden in the refrigerator, then store them in a cool place.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams milk chocolate
- 100 grams plain chocolate
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- 6 tablespoon grated coconut
- 6 tablespoon cornflakes

what is vanilla sugar ????can it be substituted wit castor sugar or icing sugar
