Preparation Method :
- Cream the butter until light and fluffy using a hand-mixer at top speed.
- Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt and beat until smooth. Gradually beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating for 30 seconds before each addition.
- Sift the all-purpose flour with the baking powder and cornstarch, and gradually beat this into the creamed mixture on medium speed.
- Chop the chocolate into chips and add it to the mixture.
- Transfer the dough to a greased 9in/23 cm diameter Bundt or tube pan and bake in a preheated 375-400°F/190-200°C oven for 50-60 minutes.
- Unmold, and leave the cake to cool completely before dusting with sifted powdered sugar.

- 1 package vanilla sugar
- 175 grams plain baking chocolate

For sprinkling
- Powdered sugar
