PrintCHOCO-COCONUT ROLL

Preparation Time :
Preparation Method :
- Grind the Marie biscuits to Powder by mixcy and add cocoa powder on it.
- Make this mixture as soft dough with fresh cream, condensed milk and milk. (not very sticky)
- Place the dough over a polished cooking table.
- Now place thick plastic sheet over the dough.
- Roll out the dough gently with a wooden roti roller to a thin sheet of chocolate.
- Now remove the plastic sheet from the top.
- To the grated coconut add 2-3tbsp of condensed milk, mix well and spread it over the Chocó layer. Gently roll it.
- Refrigerate it for minimum 2 hours.
- Remove from Refrigerator and Cut it into small circular pieces and serve.

- 300 grams Marie Biscuits
- 4 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 6 tablespoon Fresh cream
- 100 ml Condensed Milk
- 1 medium Grated coconut
- Milk - as per requirement to make soft with the mixture of powders
