CAPPUCCINO CHOCO CAKE TOPPED WITH DRY FRUITS

Preparation Method :

  • Strain the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and cappuccino powder in a large bowl.
  • Add condensed milk, milk, lemon juice and prepare a batter. Add the vanilla essence.
  • In another bowl break the eggs and beat them until they are fluffy. Add the brown sugar and again beat the mixture.
  • In a double pan heat the chocolate and butter and honey. Now put only half the liquid chocolate and the egg mixture into the flour batter.
  • Mix them thoroughly until they form a creamy rich shiny chocolaty and a thick mix.
  • Now take a 3 to 5 litres pressure cooker. Add thick layer of salt in the base of the cooker.
  • Take a round baking container..Grease it with butter or you can stick a butter paper.
  • Pour only half of the batter in the container. close the lid and remove the whistle of the cooker.
  • cook on high flame for 2 minutes and then put the gas on low flame for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • After 40 minutes open the lid and insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake. if it comes out clean your cake is done.
  • If something is sticking on the toothpick again close the lid for 10 minutes. Remove the container and invert it in a plate.
  • Now add the remaining chocolate mix on the cake and spread evenly.
  • Add the dry fruits on top.
  • yummy... delicious cake is ready...

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams all purpose flour 
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon cappuccino coffee powder
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 200 ml condensed milk
  • 200 grams grated cooking chocolate
  • 100 grams coco powder
  • Dry fruits for garnishing
