Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the salt, vinegar and ginger-garlic paste for about 30 minutes.
- Mix cream, egg, oil, cornflour, green chilies and coriander to the curd.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with this mixture for 2 hours.
- Heat an oven. Place the pieces on a grill or a wire rack. Grill for 10 -15 minutes turning once in between. Cook till tender.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams boneless chicken - cut into 2" pieces
First Marinade
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- salt to taste
Second Marinade
- 100 ml thick curd - hung for 15 minutes
- 50 ml thick cream
- 50 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green chilies
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves

Hi, my normal experience with chicken marinades is it takes a 8-10 hours to get the spices inside the piece. However for this recipe if we marniate it for 8-10 hours would the egg start to stink?
