Chicken is marinated in a mixture of fresh coriander,ginger,garlic,fennel ,lemon juice and fried until golden brown.The kebabs are served hot with onion rings and tomato slices.

Preparation Method :
- Mix together ground paste, gram flour and salt.
- Give shallow cuts with a knife all over the chicken.
- Rub the marinade all over the chicken pieces. Leave to marinate in the fridge for about 10 hours.
- Heat oil and fry chicken pieces to a rich colour. Check chicken for tenderness and crispness before removing from oil. Drain on a paper napkin.
- Serve hot garnished with onion and tomato rings.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg chicken (legs or breasts can be used)
- 4 tablespoons gram flour
- Salt to taste
- IDHAYAM Mantra Groundnut Oil for frying
Grind To A Fine Paste
- 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fennel
- 6 flakes garlic
- 1" piece ginger
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
