Preparation Method :
- Parboil the vegetables in a pan of boiling salted water, for 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together the tapenade, rosemary and oil. Add the chicken, vegetables and onion and stir to coat. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to high. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto metal skewers. Grill on a rack for 10 minutes, turning once, until browned and the chicken is cooked through. Drizzle with the remaining oil to serve.

- 500 grams packet casserole vegetables, peeled and cut into small chunks
- Salt to taste
- 8 tablespoons tapenade
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 10 tablespoons sesame oil
- 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
