CHICKEN TIKKA

Baked chicken meat is all you need to have a delicious meal. It means, you need to cook chicken Tika. This meal taste so good and look so delicious when garnished with onions, tomatoes, potatoes and green chillies.

Preparation Time :

30 minutes

Cooking Time :

40 minutes

Preparation Method :

Grind the masala and the papaya piece to a paste and mix vinegar, salt and oil.
Let the meat marinate in this mixture for 2 hours.
Apply ghee to a baking dish and bake the meat till it is tender. When it is ready the ghee will get separated from the meat.
Garnish with boiled potatoes, onions, green chilies and tomatoes.

INGREDIENTS

1 Kg Chicken pieces
2" piece ginger
4" piece green papaya
6 red chilies
2" Cinnamon
5 Cloves
1 teaspoon jeera
6 flakes garlic
3 teaspoon vinegar
3 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
3 tablespoon ghee
Salt to taste
