TANDOORI CHICKEN

This tandoori chicken is loaded with mouth-watering flavorings for your daily meals. Its cooking procedures are extremely simple and your family can truly love this. Its basic ingredients like tendered chicken, red cochineal, chilly powders are very accessible and don’t include too much cost.

50 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Clean and joint the chicken into 6-8 pieces.
  • Grind the masala to a fine paste and mix with the rest of the ingredients and let the meat marinate in it for 4-8 hours.
  • Cook it directly on the sigree called tandoor and hence the name tandoori chicken.
  • But a much more practical way is to roast it over a sigree flame by means of a skewer or grill the chicken pieces in the oven.
  • Serve Hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ Kg tender chicken
  • 4 teaspoon chilly powder
  • 2" piece ginger 
  • 100 ml sour curds
  • 4 drop red cochineal
  • Juice of lemon
  • Salt to taste
