YOGHURT-A-MARINADE

Coated chicken fried in butter and then baked with some wine. Topped it with yoghurt and the dish is perfect. You can now call it as Yoghurt A Marinade. The name of the dish sounds delicious. Take a bite to prove if this is really delicious.

Preparation Time :
40 minutes

Cooking Time :
1 hour

Preparation Method :

  • Wash the chicken joints and coat them with the flour previously mixed with garlic, pepper, salt and marjoram.
  • Brown the pieces in the butter.
  • Add the wine and bake the chicken joints till they are cooked.
  • Pour yoghurt and do not let it boil.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ small chicken - jointed 
  • 5 tablespoon flour 
  • 5 flakes of garlic
  • 250 ml white wine
  • Little marjoram 
  • 5 tablespoon butter 
  • 250 ml Yoghurt
  • Pepper and salt to taste
