Preparation Method :
- Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and olive oil to the chicken pieces; mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat an oil in a pressure cooker and add finely chopped onions. Stir till translucent.
- Add the marinated chicken pieces, stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add water to it; mix well and close the lid properly.
- After 2 whistles turn off the heat.
- Wait for 5 minutes and open the cooker and Separate the chicken from the stalk.(Stalk can be used for other purpose.)
- In a pan heat an oil and add green chilli, onion and garlic. Stir till golden brown.
- Now add onion and capsicum and sauté on high flame.
- Add dark soya sauce, tomato ketchup and salt; saute.
- Add chicken pieces to the sauce and stir on high flame for 1 minute, put a lid on pan and let it simmer on low flames for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions & Serve hot with schezwan sauce.

- 500 grams Chicken cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 sliced (vertical) green chilli
- 2 Finely chopped onion
- 25-30 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1 green capsicum cut in 1 inch square
- 2 teaspoon Dark soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- Spring onions for garnishing
- Schezwan sauce as dip
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 250 ml hot water
