SLOW COOKED CHICKEN

Preparation Method :
- Heat the butter and oil in a casserole dish. Brown the chicken, skin-side down, for 5 minutes. Flatten the garlic with the flat side of a knife and remove the skin.
- Turn the chicken over and add the garlic, thyme and seasoning to dish. Cover and cook gently for 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the dish and drain off as much fat as possible while keeping chicken juices. Return the dish to the heat and whisk in the wine and stock. Bubble for 5 minutes. Pour over the chicken and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- Small knob butter
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 10 small chicken thighs
- 6 garlic cloves
- Few sprigs fresh thyme
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 300 ml white wine
- 300 ml chicken stock
