SHAHI CHICKEN

Preheat a pan and start to cook Shahi Chicken! It’s wonderful to say that this food truly amazes former tasters. Many have enjoyed this chicken with its mixed vegetables. Also add for coriander leaves, green masala and paneer cubes. Surely, you’ll arrive on a special recipe for the entire members of your family.

Preparation Time :
25 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat till it is half done.
  • Fry the green masala and then boil the whole contents in water and salt.
  • When the chicken is tender, drain and keep aside.
  • Throw in the vegetables and rest of the masala, tomatoes and the paneer and cook for few minutes.
  • Put the chicken pieces back into the pan.
  • Serve with coriander leaves sprinkled on top.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ kilograms tender chicken
  • 250 grams mixed vegetables
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon green masala - sliced
  • 150 grams paneer cubes
  • 2 bunch coriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoon chilly powder
  • Oil for frying 
  • Salt to taste
