SAUTEED CHICKEN WITH POTATOES

Preparation Method :
- Remove excess fat from chicken and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and fry the chicken pieces for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden.
- Add potatoes and garlic, toss to combine, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add peas and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste, toss to combine.
- Cover and continue to cook until the chicken turns tender and cooked through.Garnish with parsley.

- 100 grams frozen green peas
- 3 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 500 grams potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
- 500 grams chicken pieces
- Freshly ground black pepper and Salt, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
