SAUTEED CHICKEN WITH POTATOES

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Remove excess fat from chicken and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and fry the chicken pieces for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden.
  • Add potatoes and garlic, toss to combine, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Add peas and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste, toss to combine.
  • Cover and continue to cook until the chicken turns tender and cooked through.Garnish with parsley.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams frozen green peas
  • 3 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
  • 500 grams potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 500 grams chicken pieces
  • Freshly ground black pepper and Salt, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
