PICKLED PULLET

Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken pieces in salt and chilly powder and keep in the sun for a few hours to dry.
- Deep fry and cool.
- Grind the masala to a paste.
- Warm oil in a pan; fry the mustard and methi seeds.
- Add the ground masala and fry again.
- Keep away from stove and add chili powder, salt water and vinegar.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Cool and pour over the chicken pieces.
- Keep for 2 days before serving.

- 1½ kilogram chicken - cut into small bits
- 4 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 12 green chilies
- 2" piece ginger
- 2 onions
- 12 flakes garlic
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoon methi
- 4 tablespoon chili powder
- 250 grams vinegar
- 150 ml oil
- 150 ml boiled salt water
