PALAK MURGHI

Preparation Method :
- Grind the wet masala to a paste.
- Slice the onions and tomatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion, tomatoes and the masala paste.
- Fry the chicken pieces and let it cook in a cup of water.
- Meanwhile cut up the spinach and boil with salt and grind it into a paste.
- Add the paste to the meat and cook till the meat becomes tender and the gravy thick.
- Serve Hot.

- 1½ kilogram tender chicken cut into small pieces
- 3 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 6 flakes garlic
- 2 small bunch coriander leaves
- 200 ml oil
- 2 bunch spinach leaves
- 1 "piece ginger
- Salt to taste
