OLIVES CHICKEN

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the chicken into medium size pieces.
  • Slice the onions length wise.
  • Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  • Cut the chillies into small rounds.
  • Heat oil in a cooker then add the sliced onions, chillis and tomatoes.
  • Add salt, ginger garlic paste and the sliced chicken to the cooker and mix it.
  • Add ½ litre water in to the cooker, mix well with the masala and chicken and close it.
  • Wait for a whistle, After a whistle slow down the stove and leave it for 5minutes.
  • Then open it and make sure the chicken is cooked properly.
  • Then add coconut powder and olive oil, mix it well and heat for 2 minute and then switch off the stove.
  • Decorate with coriander leaves. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams chicken
  • 2 Onions
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 3 chillis
  • ½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tablespoon Coconut powder
  • Salt as per the taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 6-7 tablespoon Oil/Ghee
  • Coriander leaves
