Preparation Method :
- Mustard seeds and curry patha for tempering.
- Grind the masala to a paste.
- Mix meat, coconut and the ground masala and cook till meat is tender and the water evaporates.
- Temper with plenty of oil, mustard, sliced onions and curry patha.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilogram chicken cut into small pieces
- 1 coconut cut into 1/2 inch square wafers
- 2 onions- sliced
- 4 tablespoon coriander seeds- roasted
- 8 red chilies - roasted
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Haldi and garlic
- Oil for flying
- Salt to taste
