- Season the chicken with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 5 minutes until browned all over.
- Add the paprika, mustard and white wine and allow to bubble for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the creme fraiche, season and serve immediately.

- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- 300 ml white wine
- 400 ml tub creme fraiche
