MOGHLAIMURGH MASALA

Preparation Method :
- Grind the masala to a fine paste.
- Cut the onions very fine.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
- Then fry the masala paste and lastly the tomato. Fry until the oil separates.
- Now throw in the chicken pieces and fry again for 10 minutes more.
- Add salt and water to Cook the meat.
- Remove from fire when the gravy is quite thick.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ kilograms chicken - cut into large pieces
- 2 big onions
- 5 tomatoes - blanched and cut into small bits
- 2" piece ginger
- 6 flakes of garlic
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 4 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon shahi jeera
- 2 tablespoon chilly powder
- Little haldi
- 250 ml ghee or oil
- Salt to taste
