- Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions and then the masala.
- Add mince and fry till water dries up.
- Add milk & salt.
- Cook till the mince is tender.
- Serve hot.

- 1 kilogram raw chicken mince
- Small bunch coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoon chilly powder
- 4 onions - sliced
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 250 ml milk
- Salt to taste
