LIVER-O-MUSHROOM

Preparation Method :

  • Fry the bacon till the fat is melted.
  • Now fry the livers and mushrooms on slow fire.
  • Add the other ingredients except sherry and cook till the liver is done.
  • Remove the pan from the fire and add sherry.
  • This may be served with toasted bread.

  • 8 chicken livers
  • Bacon fat
  • 4 tablespoon mushroom 
  • 6 tablespoon sherry
  • Salt and pepper to taste
