LIME CHICKEN

The chicken is cooked until brown so that the taste of the meat will be fully revealed. You just need to squeeze some lime juice in the chicken to make it tasty and completely delicious for your guests and visitors.

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the chicken into big pieces and fry them brown in the oil.
  • In the same pan fry garlic and onion until soft.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with the chicken and cook on low heat until tender.
  • Squeeze one lime and pour the juice over the meat.
  • Cut the other limes into segments and add to the meat.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve with rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ kilograms Tender chicken 
  • 100 ml oil
  • 6 flakes of garlic
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coriander 
  • 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 4 fresh limes 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
