The khobani Kombda is one of the exceptional dishes for the whole family. It is combined with perfect ingredients and special seasonings that can change your daily appetite. Once you taste this ideal dish, you will surely crave for more servings.
Ingredients serve 6 people

Preparation Method :
- Chop the chicken into big pieces.
- Grind the masala and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced onions to a golden brown colour.
- Now fry the masala and the chicken pieces. Add cut tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients.
- Destone the apricots and shread them.
- Add this to the meat. Add sufficient hot water to cook till the apricots are soft.
- Serve hot with fried rice.

- 1½ kilograms tender chicken
- 4 tomatoes
- 6 green chilies
- 1" piece ginger
- 1 teaspoon haldi
- Salt to taste
- 15 apricots
- 4 onions
- 6 flakes of garlic
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- Oil for frying
