Preparation Method :

  • Clean the chicken and keep it in a bowl. Then rub the Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste and Pudina Pata paste with a pinch of salt over the chicken and marinate for about 60 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, Chopped Green Chilies and Cumin powder and stir the mix constantly.
  • Then add the marinated chicken and cook it in high flame for a while.
  • When the chicken is slightly fried, add chopped Palang Saag, Pyaz Ka saag and mix well.
  • Then add Salt and lime juice as per taste.
  • Close with a lid and cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams Chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Pudina Patapaste
  • 2 large sized Onion , finely chopped
  • 4 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 2 cup chopped Palang Saag
  • 2 cup Pyaz Ka saag
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 Teaspoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves, chopped
