DICED CHICKEN WITH CHILIES

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the pepper and chilies and cook for a further minute.
- Stir in the bean-sprouts, soy sauce and chili sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- Turn into a warmed serving dish, garnish with coriander.
- Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 clove garlic, peeled and sliced
- 750 grams boned chicken breast, diced
- 2 red pepper, cored, deseeded and diced
- 4 green chilies, deseeded and sliced
- 100 grams bean-sprouts
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons chili sauce
- Coriander leaves, to garnish
