DICED CHICKEN WITH CHILIES

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add the chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the pepper and chilies and cook for a further minute.
  • Stir in the bean-sprouts, soy sauce and chili sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Turn into a warmed serving dish, garnish with coriander.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 750 grams boned chicken breast, diced
  • 2 red pepper, cored, deseeded and diced
  • 4 green chilies, deseeded and sliced
  • 100 grams bean-sprouts
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons chili sauce
  • Coriander leaves, to garnish
