CHICKEN WITH GRAPES, LEMON AND CREAM
A perfect combination of dish, that’s the chicken with grapes, lemon and cream. It is made up of appetizing ingredients like chopped rosemary, fresh single cream, chicken stock and a lot more seasonings. Every bite is tendered with complete flavours with tempting taste.

Preparation Method :
- Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan, add the chicken and cook quickly until lightly browned on both sides.
- Reduce the heat and add the stock, lemon find and juice and tosemary. Season to taste, cover and simmer gently for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken from the pan, cover and keep warm. Boil the cooking juices to reduce a little. Add the chicken, cream and grapes and heat through gently, then adjust seasoning.
- Serve with noodles or boiled rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 15 grams butter
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 4 chicken breast fillets, skinned, each weighing about 100g
- 150 ml chicken stock
- Finely grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 5 ml fresh chopped rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- 150 ml fresh single cream
- 225 grams seedless green grapes, halved
