CHICKEN & PINEAPPLE STIR-FRY
A profusion of sweet,sour and spicy flavours dominate this stir-fry of chicken strips,noodles and pineapple.It is sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and served hot.

Preparation Method :
- Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until the chicken is white, 6-8 minutes. Set aside.
- Add the pineapple and molasses to the same pan, Stir-fry until the pineapple is brown and tender, about 2 minutes. Set aside with the chicken.
- Heat the remaining oil in the wok and add the spinach, noodles, mushrooms, lemon juice, Tabasco, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir-fry until the just tender, about 5 minutes. Return the chicken and pineapple to the wok and stir-fry over high heat until hot, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Chinese egg noodles
- 100 ml sesame oil
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 500 grams cubed fresh pineapple
- 5 tablespoons molasses
- 300 grams baby spinach
- 10 shiitake mushrooms, caps quartered and stems diced
- 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 6 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
