CHICKEN BREAST FILLETS WITH LIME AND BABY POTATOES
This easy to cook and appetizing meals is composed of chicken breast fillet, small potatoes, butter, salt and pepper, lime juice, thyme and olive oil. For a more savory taste of the dish, season to taste and cook for ten minutes.

- Preheat the oven.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water. After 10 minutes check the cooking with a knife.
- Cook the chicken in a frying pan with a little butter, 10 minutes on each side, add same lime juice. Cut the meat into 3 portions.
- In the mini square casserole, place the potatoes and thyme, butter, olive oil. Add the chicken, season to taste, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
