CHICKEN AND BLUE CHEESE SALAD
This chicken and blue cheese salad is a mixture of true dish. It totally solves your food cravings and really satisfies your daily meal. With its combined ingredients like sultanas, radishes, natural yogurt, and other flavourings, everyone can never resist its every bite.

Preparation Method :
- Mix the chicken, rice, cheese, radishes, sultanas and celery together in a large bowl.
- Coat the apple in lemon juice, then add to the salad.
- Mix together the yogurt and mayonnaise and fold into the salad mixture. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve in a large salad bowl.
- Garnished with watercress and apple slices.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams boneless cooked chicken, diced
- 75 grams brown rice, cooked
- 100 grams Blue Cheshire cheese, cubed
- 50 grams radishes, sliced
- 25 grams sultanas
- 2 celery sticks, sliced
- 1 Cox's eating apple, cored and diced
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 150 grams natural yogurt
- 30 ml mayonnaise
- Fresh watercress sprigs and red apple slices, to garnish
