CHICKEN RICE
The chicken rice is filled with tendered rice and other special ingredients like garam masala, raisins, nuts and saffron. Cooking procedures are extremely easily and you can usually serve this within 50 minutes. This dish is perfectly best for both lunch and dinner.

Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a big pan and fry the, sliced onions.
- When they just turn brown, drain and keep aside.
- Now fry the nuts and raisins and drain them too.
- Pound the masala and add to the oil and when the smell comes out throw in the drained rice and fry on slow fire for 5 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of boiling water and salt and cover the pan and let it cook on slow fire, till dry.
- Now transfer the prepared meat into the rice.
- Soak the saffron in a little water and decant all over the rice.
- Cover the pan again and bake in moderate heat for about 15 minutes - stirring once or twice with a fork.
- Garnish with fried onions and nuts.

- 500 grams rice - wash and soak
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 10 tablespoon nuts
- 4 tablespoon raisins
- 2 teaspoon saffron
- 4 onions - slice and mix with sugar
- 8 garlic flakes
- 250 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
