MAYONNAISE-N-CHIK
Isn’t it wonderful that small chicken can become a superb dish? If you’re dead tired cooking the same dish, try to cook for Mayonnaise-N-Chik! This is really tempting due to its magnificent ingredients! Egg yolks, vinegar, salt, pepper, salad oil and lettuce leaves can be added onto it!

Preparation Method :
- Beat the egg yolks and salad oil in a liquidizer or beat with an egg beater.
- Add oil a little at a time until the whole oil is used up.
- Add the vinegar, salt, etc., and blend well.
- Boil the chicken in as little water as possible and let it dry and cool.
- Cut into fillets and arrange on lettuce leaves.
- Pour the mayonnaise all over and garnish with any herbs, if desired.
- Serve at once.

- 1½ kilograms small chicken
- 5 egg yolks
- 150 ml salad oil
- Vinegar
- Pepper and sugar
- Salt to taste
- A few lettuce leaves
