Preparation Method :

Squeeze the soaked bread and mix the meat and rest of the ingredients well.
Form into cutlets.
Dip in beaten egg white; roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry till brown in color.

INGREDIENTS

500 grams chicken (minced raw)
2 egg white
IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices soaked bread
4 tablespoon fresh herbs
Breadcrumbs
