CHILI CHICKEN

End up your food cravings through chili chicken! This dish is mixed with small sized chicken, capsicums, soya sauce, and other flavorings. Along with its seasonings, red chilies add ups its real taste and it is perfectly fit for all types of gatherings including daily meals.

Preparation Time :
25 minutes

Cooking Time :
1 hour

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Add 2 cups of water and boil till the meat is tender.
  • Remove the chicken pieces and keep the stock aside to cool.
  • Chop spring onions and the capsicums.
  • Heat oil in a pan, put the chicken into it and fry till brown.
  • Now add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix the corn flour in the stock and pour into the pan.
  • Boil till it thickens.
  • Add Aji-no-moto and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 1½ kilograms small chicken
  • 500 ml water
  • A few spring onions 
  • 3 tablespoon corn flour
  • 6 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 6 red chilies - slit
  • 5 capsicums
  • 1 teaspoon Aji-no-moto
