Preparation Method :
- Mix the lollipops in the mixture and let them marinate for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- While serving, shape each piece to give them a neat look.
- Shallow fry in a pan on low heat turning sides or deep fry a few at a time till tender and crisp.
- Drain on a paper napkin.
- Serve on a bed of onion rings along with lemon wedges.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams chicken lollipops
Mix All The Ingredients Together
- 2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder (degi mirch)
- 2 teaspoon amchur powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- A pinch of tandoori red colour
- 5 tablespoons maida (plain flour)
- IDHAYAM sesame Oil for frying
