CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Cooking Time :
25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the lollipops in the mixture and let them marinate for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • While serving, shape each piece to give them a neat look.
  • Shallow fry in a pan on low heat turning sides or deep fry a few at a time till tender and crisp.
  • Drain on a paper napkin.
  • Serve on a bed of onion rings along with lemon wedges.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams chicken lollipops

Mix All The Ingredients Together

  • 2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder (degi mirch)
  • 2 teaspoon amchur powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • A pinch of tandoori red colour
  • 5 tablespoons maida (plain flour)
  • IDHAYAM sesame Oil for frying
