CHICKEN JELLY

Consisting of chicken breast fillets, shallot, carrots, salt and pepper, chicken jelly, olive oil and butter, this recipe is another dish that you will long for. Add fresh parsley as well as sprinkle the dish with chopped chives for a more refreshing meal.

30 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven.
  • Thinly chop the shallot and carrot. Cook in the mini bowls with a little butter and olive oil for about 20 minutes.
  • Slice the chicken and place onto the onion and carrot mixture, and then bake in the oven, being careful not to overcook the meat.
  • Melt the jelly in 1 liter water and season to taste. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
  • Pour the jelly onto the chicken and let it set. Add fresh parsley.
  • Serve cold.

  • 2 shallot

  • 30 grams chicken jelly
  • Chives
  • Flat parsley
  • 50 grams butter
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
