CHICKEN IN FOIL

Preparation Method :
- Mix the soy sauce, sherry and sesame seed oil together. Add the chicken and toss well to coat, then leave to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cut out 16 pieces of foil large enough to enclose the pieces of chicken generously.
- Brush the foil with oil, place a piece of chicken in the centre and top with a piece of spring onion, some ginger and celery.
- Fold the foil over to enclose the chicken and seal the edges well. Place in a steamer and steam for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Serve hot in the foil.
INGREDIENTS

- 750 grams boned chicken breast, cut into 16 equal pieces
- 8 spring onions, each cut into 4 pieces
- 2 inch piece root ginger, peeled and shredded
- 2 celery stalk, shredded
