Preparation Method :
- Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling salted water according to the packet instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, then add the garlic and chicken, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook until heated through.
- Drain the pasta, return to the pan and stir in the pesto. Add the tarragon to the chicken mixture and add to the pasta. Toss to mix and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams pack tagliatelle
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 500 grams pack mushrooms, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 750 grams cooked chicken, cut into even-sized pieces
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 5 tablespoons green pesto
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh tarragon
