GREEN CHILLI CHICKEN WITH SPINACH TAGLIARINI

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, add the chicken pieces, chillies and sliced green pepper and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken has browned.
- Stir in the lime juice, tomatoes and olives with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the sauce to low flame for about 12-15 minutes.
- Pile the drained tagliarini on to a large warmed serving platter and spoon the chicken mixture over it. Garnish with flat leaf parsley and serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut each into 4 pieces
- 450 grams chopped Italian tomatoes
- 225 grams dried spinach tagliarini, cook according to the packet instructions
- 1 green pepper, cored, deseeded and sliced
- 100 grams pitted black olives
- 3 teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 2-3 green chillies, deseeded and sliced
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ½ cup pitted green olives
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Flat leaf parsley, to garnish
