Preparation Method :
- Cut chicken pieces into thin slices.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chicken pieces and garlic cloves, fry well.
- Add yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and bbq spices, fry it till dry.
- Chicken is ready now remove from heat and dish out in a platter.
- Sauce Preparation
- In a bowl put sesame paste, lemon juice, yogurt and garlic mix well and fry for few seconds.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour sauce in a bowl.
- Salad Preparation
- Cut tomato and cucumber into thin slices.
- In a bowl, add sliced tomato, sliced cucumber and lettuce leaves in it.
- Add sesame oil, cucumber and chilli pickle and mix well.
- Filling Pita
- Apply little oil in pan and toast the pita bread lightly.
- Fill the chicken mixture into pita bread.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams boneless Chicken
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon BBQ masala
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Crushed black pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt to taste
- 50 ml Sesame oil
For Sauce:
- 1teaspoon Sesame paste
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Yogurt
- Salt &pepper
For salad
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Tomato
- 4 Lettuces
- 1 cup Green/black olives, sliced
- 1 cup Chilli pickle
- ½ cup Cucumber pickle
- 1 Onion
For Filling:
- 4 Pita bread
