CHICKEN MEAT LOAF

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C/gas 4). Place the chicken breast, bread crumbs, com, peas, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  • Shape the chicken mixture into a meat loaf and wrap in damp parchment paper. Tie with kitchen string. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with the oil.
  • Bake until tender and cooked through, about 45 minutes. Unwrap and discard the paper. Cut in slices and serve hot. Alternatively, let cool and serve at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg ground (minced) chicken breast
  • 150 grams fresh bread crumbs
  • 150 grams canned corn (sweet corn), drained
  • 150 grams frozen peas
  • 2 Large eggs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 100 ml sesame oil
