You can create a delectable recipe by just preparing the Chicken Blanquette with mixed vegetables. This dish is perfect for those who are on a veggies diet or one who only eats meat. This dish can prepare for about forty minutes and can serve for four persons.

Preparation Method :
- Cut the green beans and turnips and mix. Cook them with the peas in the basket placed in the high position for 7 minutes beginning when the pressure cooker hisses, and then put aside. Quarter the hen.
- Put the pieces of hen and the carcass in your pressure cooker. Add the onions, each studded with a clove, the carrots and the bouquet garni. Add 1¼ litre cold water and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 38 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing. Remove the pieces of hen and carrots. Strain the broth through a fine sieve and thicken with a white roux. Add the cream, cooked vegetables and diced carrots.
- Correct the seasoning and pour over the pieces of chicken.
- Garnish with a few sprigs of chervil.
