LIVER-N-ALMONDS
Blanched and roasted almonds are great when added to this chicken dish – Liver and Almonds. The taste of the almonds blends well in the chicken meat and also on the thick sauce. Enjoy this dish during your lunch or dinner.

Preparation Method :
- Cook the liver in salt and water. Slice and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions, liver and bamboo shoots.
- Add soya sauce, salt, and sugar and moisten with water.
- Dilute corn flour with water and pour into the pan.
- Add almonds, cook together for one minute and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 chicken livers
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 onion sliced
- 4 tablespoon bamboo shoots, sliced
- 2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- Little water
- 15 whole almonds blanched and roasted
- Salt to taste
