- Heat the-remaining oil in a pan or wok over high heat. Add the ginger and stir-fry for 20 seconds. Add the prawns (shrimp) and chicken livers and stir-fry for 1½ minutes.
- Add the broccoli, sugar and sherry and bring to the boil. Sprinkle with remaining soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with plain boiled rice.
