WHITE STEW

Preparation Method :
- A little mustard seeds Salt to taste Oil for tempering.
- Cook the chicken pieces in a pan with salt, pepper and cardamoms.
- When it is half cooked put in the potatoes and green masala.
- Remove from the stove when a little gravy is left over.
- Extract 500 ml of milk from the grated coconut.
- Heat a little oil in frying pan and fry mustard seeds and sliced onions.
- Add maida and stir well.
- Pour in the coconut milk and keep a stirring to prevent lumps.
- Add this mixture to the meat to form thin gravy.
- Serve with hoppers or sliced bread.

- 1 kilogram chicken pieces
- 4 potatoes
- 200 grams green masala (ginger, onion and garlic)
- 6 cardamoms - crushed
- 1 teaspoon pepper - crushed
- 500 grams grated coconut
- 2 tablespoon maida
- 4 tablespoon sliced onions
