There’s a saying that “A way to a man’s heart is through his stomach”. This is really true especially if you will prepare the Sorpotel dish. This looks so tempting in and out. It has its taste that may let you forget your name! Kidding aside, it has its ingredients that may satisfy you at all!

Preparation Method :
- Grind the ingredients from chilly powder to haldi in vinegar.
- Cut the meat into pieces and fry them in a pan till all the fat is melted.
- Pour out the fat into a deep pan.
- Cut the liver into small pieces.
- Heat the melted fat and fry the ground masala.
- Now add the meat pieces and liver and fry again.
- Add water and bring to boil, simmer till the meat is tender.
- Add more vinegar, if desired.
- Serve with rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilogram fatty chicken
- 1 kilogram pork liver meat
- 4 tablespoon Kashmir chilly
- 2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 2 teaspoon jeera
- 15 garlic flakes
- 2" piece ginger
- 2 tablespoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoon haldi powder
- 150 grams vinegar
- Salt to taste
