MUSHROOM CHICKEN

Preparation Method :
- Cut the chicken meat and the celery into 1" long pieces.
- Fry the chicken in butter.
- Add celery and mushrooms, stir, season with soya sauce and cook for a while.
- Dilute the corn flour with water and blend into the pan.
- Simmer for a few minutes and serve hot.

- 500 grams chicken meat
- 2 Bunch celery without bones cleaned
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 200 grams mushrooms -sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soya sauce
- 2 tablespoon Corn flour
- 250 ml water
