MULAKU CHAR

Mulaku Char is in thin sauce that’s why it is very advisable for lunch and dinner meals. You can have this along with some cups of rice. You will surely ask for more serving once you tasted this exceptional chicken dish.

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds onions and curry leaves.
  • Fry the masala and mix the meat and coconut wafers and fry again.
  • Add salt and 500 ml of water, and cook till tender.
  • This should have thin gravy.
  • Serve with boiled rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ kilogram Tender chicken -cut into small hits
  • 4 tablespoon coriander-roasted
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • A pinch of haldi
  • Sesame Oil for seasoning
  • 2 Onion sliced 
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 coconut kernel diced into ½ " square thin wafers
  • 6 Red chilies-roasted
  • Small piece ginger
  • 5 garlic flakes 
  • 1 teaspoon mustard 
  • A few curry leaves
