DAHIWALA CHICKEN
This Dahiwala Chicken could be a centrepiece of your buffet table. The chicken is cooked and finely decorated with several ingredients that make it look good and tasty at the same time. Enjoy cooking this dish for around 1 hour only.

Preparation Method :
- Skin the chicken and rub salt and lime juice all over it and marinate for an hour.
- Cut the green masala finely, mix with curds and marinate the chicken in this.
- Transfer the chicken into a baking dish and bake till the bird is tender.
- Deposit the bird in to a warm serving dish.
- Pour the marinade over it.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ kilograms tender chicken
- 250 ml curds
- 2 small bunch coriander leaves
- 6 green chilies
- 2" piece ginger
- 6 flakes of garlic
- Oil for tempering
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt to taste
