CHICKEN VINDALOO

The vindaloo is packed with delicious ingredients like mustard seeds, roasted coriander, haldi powder, roasted red chilies, and small sized of chicken. With its added seasonings, the dish appears more mouth-watering and it really fit to the preferences of the whole family.

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Grind the masala into a fine paste moistening it with vinegar.
  • Heat oil in a pan; fry the onions to golden color.
  • Fry the masala until the oil separates.
  • Now add the meat and the remaining vinegar and fry again.
  • Add salt and enough water.
  • Cook till the meat is tender and the gravy thick.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kilogram chicken cut into bits
  • 6 red chilies - roasted
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 1" piece ginger
  • 200 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 onions sliced
  • 4 teaspoon coriander - roasted
  • 6 flakes of garlic 
  • 2 teaspoon mustard seeds 
  • Little haldi powder
  • 100 grams Vinegar
